As a Mum, my boundaries are tested on a daily basis, multiple times a day!  I just want my children to be happy is the voice in my head, I want to create a solution for them; I have recently understood that constantly giving in to the demands I am setting them up to fail later in life, they have relented to being somewhat bullish in their approach.  So, I have set firm boundaries, ones that are not to be crossed, if I say No it means I have though about it and it means No, I will not be swayed –  I must say its working really well.  I am clear on the current boundaries, only 4 need to be remembered, they are written down on the white board so we can all be reminded of the limits.
